In my defense, I live in an area where icy conditions aren’t that commonplace. Also, my ignominious fall was caught on the entry camera footage, and it is kind of funny to watch me slip-slide-flailing down the walkway until I come to a stop with my head in the hedge.

On the plus side, if you do get wet in the rain, they can take care of you when you inevitably have a fever later – and it can be like a cute sleepy fever, not a gross vomiting fever.
